Refund Policy

1. Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Premium and Pro subscriptions purchased from Zona Futbolística S.L. Because gameplay itself is free and uses only virtual currency, this policy concerns subscription fees only — never wagers, deposits or payouts, of which there are none.

2. Free play and virtual currency

The core game, including the squad builder and leaderboards, is free forever. Virtual currency has no monetary value, cannot be purchased and cannot be exchanged for real money, so it is never subject to refunds.

3. The 7-day free trial

Premium and Pro both include a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. During the trial you are not charged, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue. We email you the trial terms and end date when it begins.

4. Your right of withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase. By starting to use a paid digital subscription within this period you may expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the service is fully provided.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal, e-mail [email protected] with your account e-mail and order details. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason within the statutory window.

6. Refund processing time

Where a refund is due, we process it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we accept your request. We refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.

7. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue, as renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun.

8. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

9. Partial periods

We do not generally provide pro-rated refunds for unused days of a billing period once it has started, except where required by applicable law or where we are at fault, such as a prolonged service outage.

10. Exceptions and fair use

We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. We always assess requests fairly and in line with your statutory consumer rights, which this policy does not limit.

11. Price changes

If we change subscription prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we notify you in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will notify you directly.
